I was squeezing a VUX diplomat who seemed to be creating a mess over in
Syreen space, and this happened to fall out.  I thought you might find it
interesting.  Pass it around, Magnan and I almost hurt ourselves laughing at
it.

FYI, the VUX use a colour-based scheme to denote personal power and
intelligence, from Red to Violet.  A human or VUX of average power and
intelligence roughly rates a Yellow on the scale.  Infra-red denotes ability
below the bottom of scale, and Ultra-violet denotes that above the scale.

Some odd comments appeared in the log mysteriously one night.  I don't know
who CJA is, but he had some interesting things to say.
