Physical Description:
 Lord 69 is an average-sized Green Ur-Quan of 3 meters length.  His green
skin has been marked with copious amounts of self-drawn markings, many of
them for bands of the late 20th century.  The most common marking is for an
unknown band called "Wyld Stallyns."

Notes:
 Lord 69 was the first Ur-Quan to leave their domain as an ambassador to
another race.  According to his records, he was a ruthless, grim creature
who thought of his posting outside of Ur-Quan space as a punishment, not a
duty.

 According to Lord 69, shortly after his exodus from Ur-Quan space his ship
was invaded by a small craft piloted by two sub-adult Humaniforms.  After he
captured the two intruders and interrogated them, he found himself
befriending the two youths and accompanying them on some of their galactic
adventures.  After he was returned to his ship, he took on the name "Lord
Dude".

 Lord 69's adventures have changed him completely.  His speech is now rife
with slang and 20th century colloqualisms.  In his everyday life, he takes
very little seriously, and is often found listening to his music - at a
volume that is dangerous for Humaniforms.  His previous martial attitudes
have been all but erased.

 Lord 69 is most often found in his special sound-damped habitat on Mir IV
station.
