Physical Description:
 Serenity is a beautiful, slender woman.  She wears a simple circlet with a
moon symbol on it, and usually wears a simple strapless gown of an archaic
style.  Her most notable feature is her hairstyle, which features two round
balls on the top of her head with long ponytails entending from each one.

Notes:
 Serenity was born before Second Impact, and was a well known hero of the
time - she was Sailor Moon, the leader of a paranormal vigilante group known
as the Sailor Senshi.  The Senshi protected Earth from hostile incursions by
minor demonic and major Subspace incursions for years, but disappeared after
Second Impact, reappearing shortly after Third Impact to help repair the
ravages to the planet from that time.

 A Gifted of the highest order, Serenity's power is unchartable, only
limited by her will and imagination.  She has the ability to bestow Gifts on
any human, or to supercharge Gifted to even higher capabilities.  She has
been known to alter time, restore life to those recently deceased, destroy
entire pocket universes, reverse Ascendency, and even do minor terraforming
work instantaneously.  She created the city of Crystal Tokyo almost
overnight.  She cannot be killed by any known means.

[CJA: But she doesn't do windows.  Trust me.  BAD idea.]

 While she is an incredibly powerful individual, Serenity is completely
aware of what responsibilities that entails.  She has limited herself to
what she sees as the limit of her personal mental and emotional abilities -
rulership of a small nation.  Serenity is an excellent queen, completely
devoted to her people's welfare, and realizes that at some point she and her
husband will have to step aside for those who will come after.  She is
grooming her daughter, Usagi (see entry) for that task.

 Much of Serenity's power originated from a small crystaline device known as
the Ginzuishou.  This crystal can only be used properly by Serenity and her
daughter - it will kill all others who try to employ its powers.  Serenity
has hinted through the years that the device is merely a training tool for
her line, one that she doesn't need anymore - once she learned how to
harness her line's power directly, she didn't need the crystal except to do
very fine work.

 Serenity is a cheerful, friendly woman who would almost be called
happy-go-lucky if she wasn't quite so proper.  She is a populist, and always
talks to people like they are just plain folks.  She is not known for her
intelligence as a general rule, but she has shown startling intuitive leaps
of logic that few can follow at times.

thought paths were Skuld, Ami, Washu, and Mihoshi.  Sheesh.]

 Serenity resides in Crystal Tokyo with her family and the rest of the
Sailor Senshi.
