A quick note: Remember, this is the OAV continuity, not the TV one. Also,
I'm using some of the characterizations from the manga.

Also, note that I have names in Japanese order.

Main Characters - I assume you know these people
-Kaizoku Ryoko (Last name translates to 'pirate')
-Konoujo Ayeka (Last name translates to 'this Princess')
-Masaki Tenchi
-Washu
-Mihoshi
-Katsuhito/Yosho
-Sasami/Tsunami
-Ryo-Ohki
-Noboyuki

Other Main Characters:
-Tansei Tsurai (Noble Heart-Breaking) - tall, handsome, shoulder-length
reddish brown hair.  Thinks he's God's gift to women, and unfortunately for
them, is good at convincing them he's right.  Oddly enough, each of his
conquests DON'T hate him, even after he's dumped them.

-Ikamono Ai (Fake Love) - middle height, beautiful, light brown hair that
flows down to the middle of her back.  Bustier than Ryoko.  What she wants,
she gets, be it property or men.  Used to date Tenchi in Junior High, dumped
him in their first year of High School.  Thinks he still should be chasing
after her.


Ryoko's Friends: (The Magic Knights Rayearth)
-Shidou Hikaru - bright, friendly, energetic, the kind of girl you just
can't hate.  Innocent.  Loves animals, great at Kendo.  She's attractive in
a wild sort of way, and has red hair that is tied into a thick, butt-length
pigtail.  Also has red eyes.  Her boyfriend's a weird college guy with a
purple fixation who seems to get lost all the time.

-Hououji Fuu - Pretty in a sort of fragile way, her shy and quiet attiude
covers a core of steel.  Good at archery.  Highly intelligent, calm,
collected.  Usually a moderating influence of her friends.  Neck-length
curly brown hair and brown eyes.  Her boyfriend is Ferrio, a college-aged
guy who works as a bodyguard around town.

-Ryuuzaki Umi - Breathtakingly beautiful, she's got a fiery temper and a
sharp tongue to go along with it.  Fencing champion. Extremely protective of
her 'naive' friends, who she sees herself as being more worldly than.  Long
azure hair that flows down to the middle of her back, and eyes the same
color.  No boyfriend.



Tenchi's Friends:
-Ueru Kuroguma (Hungry Bear) -tall, gangly, bottomless pit of food.  Not
very attractive, but always seems to have a cute girl to date.  Loves to
razz Tenchi about his girl problems.

-Kanshiki Jinchi (Having an eye for Knowledge) - handsome if it wasn't for
the fact that he's WAY too short and a bit pudgy.  Has a brain that seems to
absorb tidbits of information like a sponge.  A literal garbage-can brain.
A bit of a pervert, in words anyway.

Color Characters:

Sailor Moon: - not going to bother.  They're the Senshi, plain and simple.
There will be NO youma involved.  They're all sophmores.

DNA^2: - I'm using a SLIGHT variation. Juniors.
-Momonari Junta - he's allergic to the sight of female flesh, or even the
hint of it.  At one point in the OAV, being hugged by a girl in a leotard
(full body, too) sent him off.  Attracted to Ami (below), but with his
'problem' how far can it go?
-Kurimoto Ami - cares for Junta, maybe even loves him, but spends too much
of her time carefully maintaining the ditance of "childhood friends" between
them.

Escaflowne: - pre-show characterization.  Hitomi and Yukari are Juniors,
Susumu's a Senior
-Kanzaki Hitomi - girl with a fortune telling talent. Crush on Susumu. Does
a lot of track.
-Uchida Yukari - Hitomi's best friend and manager of the track club.  Also
has a crush on Susumu, but is backing Hitomi.
-Amano Susumu - Track star, has NO CLUE about the fact that there are two
Juniors with the hots for him...well..he kind of likes Hitomi.

Lum: - Juniors
-Morobishi Ataru - the most perverted man alive.  Takes any opportunity he
can to molest/proposition/accost any cute girl he can.
-Lum (of course) - Ataru's 'fiancee'.  Oni girl who can fly and shock people
with lightning.  She has green hair and horns.  Spends most of her time
trying to control Ataru.
-Mendou Shutaro - Rich kid.  Ataru with charm and money, essentially.  Has
the hots for Lum, would love to kill Ataru.
-Shinobu - Ataru's old girlfriend, stronger than an ox.  Has the hots for
Mendou, but also does damage control on Ataru.


School Staff
-Principal: Koutetsu Yama (Steel Mountain) - incredibly calm man.
Unfazeable.  Has to be in this school.  A little emotionless at times,
follows the rules to the letter.  HUGE physically - think sumo in a suit.
-Vice-Principal: Radashii Kaze (Righteous Wind) - Tends to think the good of
the students is more important than the rules.  Kind man, all the students
like him.  Average height, well built, reasonably attractive.
-Homeroom/Algebra: Kyouju Shin (Teaching Truth) - small man with too much
energy on his hands.  Does his best to get his student's respect through
friendship and kind words.  Based on my Gr.12 Physics teacher, Mr. Mantyka,
probably the best teacher on the planet.
